Joseph's House of Camden Key Staff
Shawn is a lifelong Camden County resident and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science/Public Administration from Glassboro State University. He recently spent seven years as Camden County’s Welfare Director, overseeing the 500 employee Board of Social Services. Shawn’s focus is to continue to grow and improve the services of JH, including its new day program designed to link guests directly with a multitude of services on site, and ultimately return them to independent living.
Chairman of Capital Campaign
John holds a Bachelor's Degree in Pre-Law from DeSales University. He has 17 years of experience in urban ministry in Camden and previously served on the Board of Cathedral Kitchen. John has held the role of Executive Director since the shelter opened in 2010, overseeing the day to day operations, expansion and growth of JHOC.
Tricia has a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Shippensburg University. She has over 17 years working with those experiencing homelessness and with partners whose goal it was to end homelessness. Tricia's focus is to help JHOC to continue moving forward in meeting its mission and providing even more comprehensive services to our guests.
Associate Development Director
She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Communications from LaSalle University. She has over 15 years of experience in business development and marketing. Trish has been active in community outreach and volunteer efforts in South Jersey for 10+ years. Trish's role is grant management, fundraising and public relations to support JHOC's annual operating budget.
Ernest “Radio” Lindsay
With a BS in Social Work from Rutgers University, Ernest has been with JHOC for 7 years. He has 9 years of experience working in drug and alcohol counseling. Ernest works daytime hours, meeting with those in need of shelter and helping current guests connect to services.
Nightly Program Manager
Rasheka is currently enrolled at Camden County College for drug and addiction counseling. She has 5 years of direct care mental health experience and has been with JHOC for 2 years. Rasheka provides case management services and program supervision overnight to her team and guests.

Eugene is a U.S. Navy Veteran with 4 years of security experience in the private sector. With 8 years of experience working with the homeless, Eugene has been with JHOC for 3 years. Eugene provides case management services and program supervision overnight to his team and guests.
